For the most we are focused on the newly innovated micro miniature implantable telecommunication technology, invented by Professor Steve Mann at Toronto University-Canada. He calls his invention "EyeTap" which is a micro miniature camera-phone invented to be implanted inside human eyes and ears, added with Biosensors injected inside human brain and linked to the nervous system therein.

Alongside this invention, there are establishment and arrangement of a network of communication for the implanted devices called "Witnessential Network of Communication" engaged with plurality of intelligent assemblies active in different countries around the world. 

And the third component of this invention is an organization called "Safety Management Organization" established inside the States which is missioned and active 24/7 to keep with this invention and its related affairs.
